CANCELLATION and RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

 
Wholesale Customers: No unauthorized returns - call (402-489-1885) for approval; you will be assessed
a 20% restocking fee for any approved returns, unless it is our error or call and we will discuss the issue prior to return. 
Retail Customers: No unauthorized returns - call (402-489-1885) for approval.

 
International Customers - we are not able to accept returns for merchandise from our international customers.  If, however, this request is due to our own error, we will credit your shipping and handle the problem quickly.


CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within the same business day that you placed this order.  We do often ship on the same day that an order is received and in this case, if your order has been processed, there will not be a cancellation available to you.  For this reason, we ask that you email your request for cancellation to annrn@neb.rr.com or call us at 402/489-1885.
