December 17th: This is the final day to place orders you want to ship prior to Christmas. Since the nature of this business is to produce fresh items, package them by hand and get them out to their destination, this should allow me time to get it made and shipped and barring any USPS delays, able to arrive in time for Christmas. USPS is running about 2 to 3 days over their normal priority mail guaranteed deliveries, so please take this into consideration before ordering.
LOCAL CUSTOMERS (Lincoln, NE) can continue to pick up orders and place orders after December 17th, but since most of our products are made fresh to order, I can’t guarantee that we will have what you order still in stock. Basically, after Dec. 17th, we will only have some soaps still available. Please call before ordering to make sure we have them on hand. Again, this is for LOCAL CUSTOMERS ONLY, meaning orders that do not require shipping.
December 19th: This will be the last day we will be shipping orders out in 2015. I can’t guarantee that orders shipped after the 19th will get to you before Christmas since USPS has been taking longer than their 2 to 3 day priority mail guarantees. Do not choose any shipping options other than USPS priority mail. Otherwise, I can pretty much guarantee you won’t get it by Christmas. We ship 99% of our orders priority mail.
December 19th – January 10th: You will be happy to know that we will be on Christmas vacation, sitting in front of the fire, reading books, playing with our grandkids, watching old movies and eating popcorn. We will also be working on the website and doing our year-end inventory. Therefore, our offices and production facilities will be closed during this time.
You can still shop and place orders on the website, and we will be offering a 10% promo code for those who do order during this time frame (use code NEWYEAR16). We will begin filling and shipping these orders after January 10th and in the order they are received.
If you have any questions, please call us at 402-261-5877 or email me at annrn@wingsets.com.
Thank you!
]]>WAS IT A MISTAKE?
Oh heavens no! We have met so many new and special customers that we probably otherwise would not have. We learned a lot and will use that knowledge to continue to expand our business. Sutter Place Mall is a unique and special place with people and shops that have had their businesses there for years. If you haven't stopped by there, you really should.
SO - our hours, which was the original subject. I am here almost every day other than trips to the post office, some meetings, a Bible study on Wednesday and, hopefully, some coffee dates with long-time girl friends. For this reason, it is just a good idea to call us first to confirm I/we will be there. Our shop phone is the same at 402-261-5877. If I don't answer, it is because I'm making soap or cream - or out of the house, but will return your call as soon as possible.
I'm truly excited about this and looking forward to having some open houses during the holiday season. Please feel free to come by, but be aware we are still in transition. I think you will like this situation so much better.

If you have an order or a request for specific products, just call us at 402-489-1885 or email me at annrn@wingsets.com and we will arrange to have it here at the house for pickup (assuming it is in stock). You will love the new shop here at the house. We've had more of our local loyal customers picking up orders here at the house than we've had visitors to the shop. It seemed like a no-brainer for us to move to a bigger and better shop back to the house. More details later today as we continue to move items. I will also be able to do a variety of different classes as well as the continuing aromatherapy classes. All items will remain at 10% off, while supplies last until September 1st.
]]>Wingsets will be closed today. Ann has a few appointments at the shop, and if you give her a call she can probably accommodate you. We are busy setting up our new location. For the next two weeks, please check our Facebook page or our "schedule" on our website for hours and availability. Our Facebook page is here.
]]>
Wingsets, the shop, will be closed until the week of January 5th. Please see below the new schedule for 2015. The website will always be available all day and night, every day. Orders can be placed but shipping will be delayed until January 5th and orders will be shipped in the order they are received. Warren and Ann will be available during this time via phone calls, email, and Facebook.
]]>Contact us at 402-261-5877 for appointments or to make other arrangements.
]]>Ann will be teaching the aromatherapy class we've been promising. This will be a great class for anyone who has either not used essential oils all the way to those who use them daily. Ann has 10+ years of education and experience in the use of essential oils. She is a member of national organizations and currently writes for aromatherapy journals, as well as writes essential oil profiles and blogs for our website. For more information about Ann and her passion for health, wellness and the practice of aromatherapy, see our About Us page.

The weather is going to be a little on the cool side for this girl and even Warren is threatening to get out his long john's. But - we'll be there and we won't have to worry about our creams melting. I'm looking forward to buying lots of butternut squash since it can be stored for months. We put out a discount code for the Organic Pink Grapefruit & Tangerine spa collection - check out your newsletter from Friday. See you there - 10 am to 2 pm.
We have been out of town on our first vacation in over 7 years! But we're back and we will be at the Old Cheney Road Farmer's Market today from 10 am to 2 pm. Would love to see you - come and smell, feel and get a free sample. Looks like it will be a beautiful day! You can't miss us - we have the kayaks back on the car and that's where our tent is.
See you there.
Warren & Ann
So very thankful for the cooler temperatures these past two weeks. We've done so much needed work in our yard and garden. Hard work, tired and weary bones, but loved every minute of it. That's what I have to think of as I watch what the farmer's bring to the market every week. How do they do that? And how do they do it when temperatures are in the double digits! We have the very BEST vendors at this market with so many different things to offer. Hey! We have good stuff too. Come try out our creams and get a free sample of soap. Our new soap just off the curing tray and ready for you to take home is our Coconut Pineapple. Will be getting it on the website soon. We used to make this and my daughter (with eczema) told us how it helped her when nothing else did. I just had to think it was the added benefit of raw organic grated coconut. I'm not sure why we stopped making it, but we've had a lot of requests lately for it - so here it is.
See you there 10 am to 2 pm. Weather forecast is for cool, pleasant temperatures and sunshine.
Yes, yes, yes!! We will be at the farmer's market on Sunday, July 29th, from 10 am to 2 pm. Some new organic soap off the curing trays and ready to be taken home by you. Fresh supply of our organic creams, organic facial products and our new organic sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. Come here us tell you WHY you really do want to begin or continue using pesticide-free, chemical-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free, gluten-free hand-crafted products in your home. See you there!
God willing and the creek don't rise - we WILL be at the farmer's market this Sunday. Come see us - 10 am to 2 pm. Check out our newest soaps - Fresh Lime turned out awesome (if I do say so myself). And due to many requests, we are bringing our new Real Vanilla and I'm pretty sure it will be a keeper. Hope to see you there!
]]>Right here in Lincoln, NE! First of all I cannot believe summer is slipping away so quickly, and it started early for us here in Lincoln, NE! We'll be at the market today from 10 am to 2 pm. Sweet corn has come in and at least one farmer is supposed to be bringing some. We'll be bringing our awesome organic soaps and creams, along with travel packs and a new aromatherapy (real) that we think you'll like a lot - Bergamot & Lime. It's not up on the website yet. See you there - tent #23 - can't miss the kayaks on the top of our car.
Near the intersection of Highway 2 and 56th Street, Lincoln, NE - come see us. This is the one of the top rated farmer's markets in the state - it may even have been rated number one. We love it and would love seeing you there. After a week of a few setbacks, we were able to still get the products ready for tomorrow. Bringing the new shampoo and shower gel in Lavender, Bergamot & Lime, Unscented and Citrus Fresh. I love this stuff! 10 am to 2 pm - come see us!
Yep, we'll be there! Bringing freshly made bath salts and more of our 2 oz sizes so you can take advantage of the buy 3 for $15.00. Would be bringing more new stuff, but we ran out of ink on the label printer - grrrr. I had ordered some earlier in the week - so should be here soon. Come see us! Tent where the 2 kayaks are sitting on top of the car - can't miss us. From 10 am to 2 pm.
We will be at booth #23 - come see us from 10 am to 2 pm. Check out our latest newsletter for a 15% off discount coupon and it is good at the market, online or phone orders. If you haven't signed up for our newsletter, you should! You will receive a 20% off discount coupon within 24 hours that can be used at the market, online or phone orders. Only one discount, of course, can be used at a time. Hope to see you tomorrow!!
Apologize for the change of plans. We won't be able to be at the farmer's market this Sunday. But, check out your latest newsletter from Wingsets for a discount code on our soaps - code also available on our Facebook page. We will extend the discount through Wednesday.
Across from the Racquet Club - we'll be there, 10 am to 2 pm. Our new location is stall #23 under the shade trees. We have some new soaps for you to see and smell! Looking forward to seeing everyone. And we have a new buy 3 for $15.00 on our 2 oz creams - and some new scents.
UPDATE: We are not going to be at the market this Sunday, April 29th. WE WILL be back next week for sure. This time we're back for the entire season - no more having to wait and find out if they have room for us. We are very, very excited about that! That market (so they tell me - I haven't seen the final map yet) will be expanded with more vendors and more activities. Can't wait to see everyone and very much appreciate our loyal customers who have come by to pick up orders at the house, have taken advantage of our free shipping over $50.00 and have been loyal to us all winter. We'll be bringing some new "stuff" to try out and see how you like it and as always - lots of samples to give you to try.
Watch this and get a "taste" of what this most popular farmers market is all about.
