Well, I have to be completely honest - this cream was formulated originally and continues to be - for me. I have very dry and sensitive skin (as well as rosacea) and absolutely nothing on the market worked. This works and I have tweaked it down through the years as I start to see tiny little wrinkles, so my research becomes a little more intensive as does the formula. It works - it really does. This is the most effective skin cream available in a natural formula or any formula for that matter!  We are using nature’s remedies and they are so much more powerful than all the nanochemicals and synthetics that you see hyped everywhere – nature knows about synergy!  That is what nature is all about and we’ve been blessed to capture this awesomeness in this intensive cell-renewal cream.  You absolutely WILL NOT FIND any other skin care products in my house - I use, and have used, only Wingsets' Facial Regimen for years now and I believe the health of my skin is probably my best testimonial.

We include a high percentage of Jasmine Green Tea, White Tea and Rooibos Tea as we have read studies concerning its beneficial cancer-preventing properties and healing properties.  If you look at our ingredients, you will see that we use certified organic green tea as an organic infusion and put it in again as a botanical extract, plus we’ve added Rooibos tea as well as other herbals for their skin calming and renewing properties. We’ve also added specifically targeted essential oils to combat dry and maturing skin.  The essential oils we use have been suggested to be ingredients that can have an obvious effect on the health of your skin and the appearance of wrinkles.  These are not “miracle ingredients” that you see advertised everywhere.  They are simply essential oils that have proven ability to penetrate deep into the layers of your skin and soothe damaged skin and possibly prevent further damage. They are from nature and because of that your body accepts them as natural.   As far back as biblical times Esther used these oils, as did Cleopatra and many other well-known beauties.  Our formula includes a high percentage of anti-inflammatory (that causes wrinkles and patchy, dry skin) and antioxidant ingredients.  Read the ingredients and their properties on our Product Information Page.

This organic green-tea and aloe vera based lotion-type cleanser is perfect for peeling away layers and deep cleaning without leaving a residue.

Green Tea, rooibos and white tea are well-researched and shown to be excellent anti-oxidants to counteract the free radicals we all acquire daily.  We then add our "skin blend" of pure essential oils to add to the powerful benefits of this cleanser. Look at our ingredients and you will note that green tea extract is at the top of our list of ingredients – meaning we’ve added a high percentage – not just a small amount as most of the products you will see on the shelves today.  There are interesting reports that Green Tea Extract can retard/prevent certain types of sun damage and also can help reinforce the skin’s lipid barrier by stimulating ceramide production, rooibos tea and white tea also have a stellar report card for skin health.

In an issue of Dr. Andrew Weil’s “Self-Healing” newsletter he has included an article entitled “Natural Skin Care Advice”, in which he agrees with us that healing comes from within first – good nutrition, good spiritual health – and then outward defenses.  In this article he recommends only a few things – one of which is green tea extracts.  To quote: “…and lab studies suggest green tea may protect against skin cancer.”  You will find certified organic green tea as our most often used ingredient and always at the top of our list of ingredients, not stuck it at the bottom – meaning it’s only there in small, useless amounts.

This is THE ONE you have to have in your skin care regimen.  The texture reminds me of Greek yogurt, except there is no odor or tartness to this cream, and it simply melts away all traces of make-up without drying out your skin.  Use every other day or every third day and it does all those wonderful things that alpha-hydroxy acids are supposed to do. It dissolves that old, dead layer of skin and leaves you with soft, clean, healthy skin.  We have found with experience that the small percentage of alpha hydroxy acids, like our 5-6%, when used every 2 to 3 days can be much less harsh on your skin and actually more effective. There is no issue of "recovery time" except that we recommend you avoid bright sunlight up to about an hour or two after using. Which is why I usually use this at night before going to bed or before a special evening occasion. Intuitively I personally cannot stress my skin to the degree that it is stressed with the high percentage AHA's which can only require my immune system to go into high gear and free radicals to run amok. This cleanser actually adds antioxidants to fight free radicals already rampant in our environment.

We use a longer infusion process at low temperatures to assure you receive all the beneficial properties nature meant to be there. This blend is a beautiful mix of organic beeswax, plus the infused oils of calendula, chamomile, and helichrysum flowers – all well-known for their healing properties and gentleness for baby’s bottom. We then add a little True Lavender (high altitude - the best!) essential oil, Roman and German Chamomile essential oils, well known for their calming and anti-inflammatory benefits and certified organic Tea Tree - all of which are well-documented for their healing properties. There’s just enough beeswax to give healing protection and barrier plus this balm has soothing aromatherapy fragrance for those restless times or sleepy times. Diaper rash is often caused by yeast, specifically Candida, and our balm contains oils and essential oils that have been proven to fight against this heart-breaking invader. Ask me some time about my middle granddaughter's issues with diaper rash quite a few years ago. One jar will last a long time. We’ve used this on all of our grandchildrens' (well, the ones we've been blessed with in the past 10 years)  “hard-to-get-rid-of” diaper rash and the rash was gone overnight.  We have many customers who tell us the rash is gone by the next diaper change. Our granddaughters have been known to tells US to use it if they started to get sore!  Really!  And even at the age of five - our youngest granddaughter (long since potty trained) still tells me to bring the "boo-boo balm" when I come, and if I'm not coming when they run out to send it SOON.
