Ahhh…those who know what Lavender should smell like will particularly appreciate and enjoy this unique but simple bar of soap. We’ve used full strength true high altitude lavender essential oil – most soap makers use a cheaper version and actually we did too at first but we could smell the difference immediately and we were disappointed with the outcome. We decided to just bite the bullet, spend the money and make a product that is truly beneficial with ingredients that not only smell heavenly, but also have therapeutic properties that are well-known.

INGREDIENTS:

Saponified oils of Certified organic coconut oil (Cocos nucifera), Certified organic shea butter (Butyrospermum parkii), Certified organic extra virgin olive oil (Olea europaea), pure organic essential oil of True Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) oil, natural ultramarine blue, natural red oxide as colorants.

SAFETY/USAGE:

This soap is particularly moisturizing and conditioning for any age or population due to the high level of shea butter that is well-known for its hydrating and protecting qualities. We loved watching our granddaughters taking long baths using this soap because we knew it held beneficial properties beyond just the skin conditioning ones. Because of the lavender essential oil, it is also a very good soap to use for a long, relaxing bath time and, in fact, prefer to save this one for bath time. As with any cold-processed, artisan crafted soap, it is important to store this soap where it will drain easily and away from direct water flow. You will find that this 4 oz bar of luxury will last a very long time. 

Yes, this soap is definitely not only safe for babies, but it is very therapeutic for babies. Doctors (most of them) who tell you NOT to use soap on your young child are not aware of bars of soap made with the ingredients that we use. A clean, intact, healthy skin is your child's first line of protection - keep it soft, moisturized and hydrated.
