As important as a healthy body is, a healthy planet is a must for the sake of humankind.</p> <p>Wingsets, as a company, reflects the concerns and vigilance we each have individually about our impact on our environment. In our 8 years of business, we have not had to reorder shipping peanuts because we save and recycle all those we receive in shipments. Your order may arrive in a box that looks a little battered, because when they are safely usable we recycle those as well. You will notice that we use <span class="caps">PET</span> (recycle #1) bottles for our products. We struggled over whether to use glass, but the additional shipping charges plus the added risk of damage in shipment makes glass not the best choice for all products. We DO use glass, however, amber glass for our pure essential oils, our Spicey Muscle Oil and Massage Oils, as these products will degrade if placed in plastic bottles. Glass is the only option for undiluted essential oils.</p> <p>We continue to research product packaging options in order to be proactive in our choices, and have been sampling newer items as they are developed. We’ve recently looked at antimicrobial bottles and labels, for instance.
