DESCRIPTION:

The consistency of this cleanser is creamy and rich - actually very much like the pumpkin puree you are familiar with and loaded with natural skin-healthy spices which not only makes this masque smell amazing, but does amazing things to brighten dull skin. The exfoliating properties are at the level of not being too harsh but enough to do the job.

SAFETY/USAGE:
Although we've used natural sugar extracts as alpha hydroxy acids and a fairly low percentage of glycolic acid, there is always the potential for irritation depending on your skin type and skin health. We recommend applying lightly to clean, dry skin and letting this masque dry. I have been able to let it set for over 20 minutes, but 10 minutes should be sufficient. You should feel a light tingling and this is normal. If you feel any irritation prior to the 10 minutes, then rinse off with warm water and apply your favorite carrier oil such as jojoba. If you have no issues, just gently rinse off with warm water and apply your usual serum and moisturizer. As with most exfoliating products, you will only need to use this two to three times a week at most. And also as with all alpha hydroxy acid products, we advise a sun alert and that you use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing and/or limit sun exposure while using this product for one week afterwards. I personally love the way my skin feels after using this masque and I think you will too.
