I have been dying my hair frequently (understatement) and even though I'm a teenager, my hair was getting destroyed in the process. My grandmother gave me this product and I added some raw avocado mashed into it and covered my head with a towel for about an hour or two. It made a very real difference in the appearance and health of my hair.
