Spray directly on area to be cleaned – breathe deeply of the benefits of the essential oils. Wipe and polish with soft cloth. This cleaner works nicely on all surfaces and especially well on chrome and glass. Keep out of reach of children and animals. Do not spray directly on skin, clothing or near face. You will have to shake the bottle before using – essential oils and water products don’t mix naturally. We know you’d rather shake the bottle than use chemicals to make them mix. I guarantee you will love this product as it works wonders to shine anything stainless steel, laminate, porcelain, Formica… and the list goes on. It makes cleaning house no longer a chore.

We do have a body mist that is made from an aloe vera base and makes a great fragrance or deodorant spray – this air sanitizer is NOT for bodies. This spray can and should be used on linens, cupboards, closets and anywhere in the house you want to clean the air and bring Christmas into your home quickly and easily – and inexpensively! I love it when people come into my house and sniff the air and comment on how nice it smells – don’t you? We have two dogs – so this is not always an easy task.

Handmade, handcut, shea butter soap

I love this soap. I love the way it looks and I love the way it smells and I love how my skin looks, feels and smells after I use it. I also love the way my bathroom smells after I use this soap or the Secret Garden bath salts. It is not too flowery but retains that blend of summer evening fragrances that float in the air. We use all essential oils in the creams and bath products, so you get additional inherent benefits from the essential oils.

We previously only recommended this for those who have regular to oily skin. Research had indicated that most of us don’t need a toner except for those who might have frequent breakouts. Tea Tree & Lavender essential oils are absolutely the best for zapping those blemishes! After doing more research into the benefits of certain ingredients and targeted essential oils, we are now offering the toner in two types – one for dry/damaged skin and the other for oily/blemish-prone skin. Apply with a cotton ball and let dry. I now use a toner and it has made an amazing difference in my skin, but of course I’m going to say that!

Aniseed Essential Oil

Aromatherapeutic uses for Aniseed Essential oil include:

To be perfectly honest, this essential oil was not in any of my classes and not on my list of oils that I regularly use or recommend. That was until a friend asked me to make a soap that he knew about that "attracted" fish and also masked human scent while hunting. This intrigued me, so I began to frequent some of the forums and blogs such as Bass Pro and learned that in fact Aniseed is a common and frequent use for these applications. So I formulated a soap and a body spray. We haven't used them ourselves - yet, but will be interested in any testimonials or experiences by those who do.

The scent of Aniseed is strongly familiar as licorice and some love it and some don't. It has many beneficial properties far and beyond those mentioned above and we've assembled that information in our ever-expanding Essential Oil Database. For those who want more detailed information please take a look there. This oil has an amazing array of benefits that I wasn't aware of myself until I began to do the research.

An important consideration for anyone using Aniseed oil. It is quite high in the chemical constituent, (E)-Anethole, also referred to as trans-anethole, thus giving this particular oil the properties of being anti-platelet and vaso-relaxant. This can be a good thing for some vascular issues, but must be avoided if taking other blood thinners or prior to or post-surgical procedures.
