Aromatherapy & Anxiety
Essential oils can play an important role in our choices concerning natural healthy options to interrupt the pattern of anxiety and create balance. Our sense of smell is the closest link to our emotions. Anxiety involves our emotions. Aromatherapy offers many choices for anxiety relief, and here are just a few: Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender), Lemon, Mandarin, Geranium (one of my favorites – also enhances focus at the same time!).
