It’s been a tradition in our family to have a version of Wassail for Thanksgiving and Christmas. The base is just plain old apple cider that is then simmered with fresh cranberries, oranges, cinnamon sticks, clove buds and brown sugar. This soap smells just like our house smells when this is on the stove. Not “true” aromatherapy in the sense that it contains both a fragrance oil and essential oils, but aromatherapy in the sense that it brings back memories of home, hearth, loved ones, friends and family.
