When we first started testing this cleanser, we were amazed at how well it works for all skin types. It has a gentle sudsing action that deeply cleans, but leaves skin feeling smooth and clean, not dry and tight. This particular product is unscented with an organic aloe vera and lavender distillate base - which brings all the properties of healing and calming that are attributed to these two ingredients. Our base is pure certified organic shea butter with 100% certified organic vegetable oils that we purchase from suppliers that we trust and know. We purchase unrefined, virgin oils that still retain all of nature's benefits that haven't been processed out of them. Our creams are naturally thick without artificial fillers and stiffeners you will see everywhere. Yes, it's less expensive to just make the product thick with chemicals, but we want healthy skin, so we use a large percentage of certified organic shea butter instead. We include certified organic skin-healthy herbs that we infuse at low temperatures for weeks and pure essential oils that are natural anti-free-radical ingredients known to protect your skin from aging and environmental toxins.  It is difficult to find a product with as many unprocessed ingredients as ours, as well as being organic. Our regular hand & body cream with cosmetic grade, natural mica glitter added for just the right hint of sparkle for that special occasion. When our granddaughter was 9 years old, she insisted that we make this product year round, and we were happy to oblige. Our daughter’s age group and up think this is the perfect lotion for any and all parties. We offer it unscented, to avoid interfering with your personal cologne, or scented with subtle and soft fragrances.

I must add that when our granddaughter turned 7, we attended her birthday party glamour session. Oh my goodness!  What a hoot!  Apparently ALL girly girls from at least 5 on up to my age (not telling…) want to wear glitter lotion! Glitter lotion does not require a “special” occasion. Magnolia Shea Butter Bar Soap

The closest thing I’ve found to the “real thing”. After living in the south for almost 20 years, I’d grown to love the fragrance of Magnolia – a difficult fragrance to re-create. Now having lived in the north, I can still experience that unique fragrance with this soap. You can also special order Magnolia scented cream to match your soap. You’ll love this one in this pure, shea-butter & olive-oil filled soap – very good for your skin. I've seriously had a bar of this soap in my bathroom for months now. I don't know how to describe the soft, smooth, silky and satisfying feel of the sudsy soap each time I use it. It cleans well, but leaves my skin smelling good, feeling hydrated and comfortable.

Handmade sandalwood soap

Smooth, luxurious indulgence of a large bar of handcrafted soap, that lasts a long time, smells awesome and is actually very good for your skin. No worries about sitting in a toxic stew of chemicals while bathing with this soap - we use only certified organic oils and certified organic shea butter because we think that's the only way to make the best soap we possibly can. This one is a beautiful, soft, deep sandalwood fragrance that is subtle but true to the real thing. We don’t use the real thing because it is endangered right now. Australia has been offering some and we are testing it at this time, but for now this is very true to the real thing and some think even better. We do add red sandalwood powder that gives it just a little color and added natural fragrance.

Pumpkin and spice and everything nice!

We first made this soap in the fall, but have discovered that it is a wonderful all-year soap that is particularly beneficial to all skin types due to the Vitamin A content from the pumpkin flakes and powder, as well as the organic botanicals. It is a “scrubby” soap and makes this bar of soap an excellent exfoliating and antioxidant-rich soap. It looks pretty and smells just like Pumpkin Spice. We've combined pure essential oils with a hint of pumpkin fragrance and the combination is one that is a favorite with many of our customers.

Handmade, handcut antioxidant rich soap

The antioxidant values of both pomegranate and acai are legendary now – or you’ve been living in a cave for the last year. You can also check out our ingredients information section for more details. We’ve added true certified organic acai pulp powder, certified organic pomegranate powder and oil to this already luxurious soap. The real pomegranate powder and acai powder bring serious skin healthy benefits to this soap. This soap would make a great facial soap as well.

Handcrafted classic clean smelling soap

A wonderful clean, unisex fragrance that is one of our best sellers. We've added organic cranberry seeds that turn black - so they look like peppercorns - aren't we clever? Real peppercorns probably wouldn't be such a good idea for your skin. But what they DO do is give your skin a good scrub that feels very nice, leaving your skin soft, moisturized and clean smelling.

Another great facial bar with true Patchouli and Cedarwood essential oils well known for their benefits for skin, and organic green tea, all of which are extremely beneficial and skin-healthy ingredients. We use the real stuff – real patchouli essential oil and we don’t skimp. Cedarwood, Patchouli, and green tea are all well-known to be very beneficial for maturing skin, sensitive and/or chapped skin, in particular, but this is a great bar of soap for any skin type. Add this with the 30% organic shea butter and organic coconut and olive oils, it really can’t be beat. Oh – and it really, really smells good!

This latest batch made August 2010 - we added the Cedarwood after receiving the suggestion from a customer. We were bemoaning the fact that we didn't think we could keep making Patchouli soap because the cost of real Patchouli essential oil was just too high to justify the cost - unless we raised the price drastically. The customer suggested adding Cedarwood - I'm thinking duh! Why didn't I think of that? Well, we did add it and it makes a beautiful combination. We don't use the endangered Cedarwood, ours is Texas Cedarwood and has a bolder fragrance, softened nicely with the Patchouli.Texas cedarwood is distilled from the oil-rich heartwood and has properties similar to other cedarwoods and also sandalwood but at a price that makes it affordable for use in soap.

An excellent “scrubby soap” to exfoliate all skin types. We’ve used certified organic oat bran, almonds, honey and buckwheat – all of which are very beneficial for the skin. Light scent of honey and oatmeal.
