Awesome fragrance that leaves a clean, fresh and not over-powering drift of fragrance after using. Oakmoss is a wonderful clean fragrance for both women or men, but the men particularly love it. We’ve added olive leaf powder to give it the beautiful green color and to add to its beneficial properties. Olive leaf powder is believed to have antibacterial properties and studies suggest that it can increase circulation and healing of the skin.

Moisturizing, clean smelling, handmade soap

Yes, we know what Northwood’s pine really smells like. I grew up in West Virginia and in the 60’s we would swim each summer in a river that was fed by a stream coming down from the mountains. The riverbed was surrounded by tall pine trees. I remember the water being exceptionally cold, but I loved the clean, fresh scent of the pine trees and the forest. I guess that’s one of the reasons I love this soap.

Organic Manuka Honey & Beeswax Soap

Nothing more simple, but still complex in its beneficial properties. We use certified organic New Zealand Manuka Honey in this product – mainly for its well-documented antibacterial properties, and we added locally harvested beeswax. This is the perfect soap for acne, rosacea, or psoriasis issues. Plus it is a very nice, gentle soap for babies. The only scent is from the natural, pure, beeswax. We use this soap on our elder dog, Abby, who has issues with a sebaceous cyst on her nose. We clean the site (wound site) with this soap and it makes an amazing difference.

A wonderful blend of lemongrass and other lemon scented essential oils. A very light, clean and happy scent. This is a very good soap for oily skin or inflamed skin. These oils also have a history of being anti-viral. The anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer properties of Turmeric are well-documented. Turmeric also has wonderful properties for the skin. It has been used to treat acne, oily skin, scars, hyperpigmentation, and wrinkles – and it softens the skin as well.

A beautiful Nebraska sunrise except this one smells of true high altitude lavender – a scent like no other lavenders. High altitude lavender and the one we use in particular is absolutely the best in therapeutic qualities and fragrance. You will learn to tell the difference. This soap also contains organic chamomile flowers. The color came as a surprise the first time we made this particular blend of natural colorants, but our granddaughter, Lauren, loved the “Barbie” pink and so it stayed in our list of offerings.
